  • Anyone who wants to transform their relationship with themselves and connect with Mother Nature. Working with a diverse array of humans is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job. I am here to respect and honor all parts of your identity, while capturing your most authentic self.

  • I understand how vulnerable these sessions are, and want to make sure I’m showing up for you in the way you need.

First, we have a thorough booking process. My booking form asks detailed questions to determine your needs and how I can best serve you. After that, we will schedule a video consultation where I share my philosophy and session details. This is an opportunity to meet one another and make sure that you are comfortable with me. There is no pressure to book after a consultation call if it doesn’t feel like a good fit.

During our session, we begin by walking through the Forest. When we get to our location, we will sit and chat on the Forest floor. We take our time getting comfortable with one another, and I’ll check in on how you are feeling. We will share tea and take time to ground with guided meditations, stretching, and/or breathing exercises before the camera comes out. During the shooting process, I will regularly check in with you and we will not shoot anything that you are not comfortable with. I work from a trauma-informed lens and take consent practices very seriously. I work hard to create a safe environment where you feel empowered and safe communicating your needs.

  • We will meet in the parking lot of our location at the agreed-upon time and spend roughly 10 minutes unhurriedly walking along the trail to our shooting location, getting to know one another and taking in all the beauty that the Forest has to offer. We will then walk off-trail, through uneven terrain, for a few minutes to get to a more private spot. Once we arrive, we will sit on the ground (or my waterproof blanket) and share an herbal tea blend that was custom made for me by the lovely @threadofraven, grounding ourselves and becoming present. We use this time to co-create a safe, comfortable environment where you can shine as your authentic self. We will allow the sensations of the Forest to connect us back to the Earth. I will check in with you about how you are feeling about being captured, and discuss what you’d like to get from our time together. I am happy to facilitate guided meditation for further embodiment.

Whenever you feel ready, you will change or disrobe and we will begin shooting. I bring a robe along for you. We will move at your pace, making the experience comfortable and organic. I will encourage you to be guided by the Forest, interacting with the Natural World around you. I will encourage you to find movement and interact with the environment to create genuine, expressive photos, and will provide gentle guidance as needed. Being grounded in Nature is a powerful experience, and I am here to hold space for your feelings. When we are finished capturing you, we will pack up and make our way back to our cars, processing the experience.

  • Of course not! I want you to feel comfortable, safe and captured in the way that is most affirming for you. When my clients opt for clothing, I generally advise minimalistic garments in nude or earth tones so the focus remains on the human-Nature connection.

Most of my clients opt for nudity because it allows them to fully dive into the sensations of the Natural World. Being nude in a safe, accepting space can be incredibly empowering!

  • The default is always to keep your gallery entirely private. However, if you have interest in giving me access to share some or all of your gallery, you can sign a photo release after I’ve delivered your images!

  • Yes! You can select extra images from your proof gallery and purchase them for an additional cost per image.

  • I take on groups, events, and headshots on a case-by-case basis. I want to make sure that my photography style is a good fit for your needs! Submit a booking form and we can hop on a consultation call.

  • I have yet to encounter anyone during a session, however, I come prepared with a robe that I can quickly throw your way if needed. I am always paying attention to our surroundings to anticipate any potential contact with people. Also, nudity is not illegal in Washington, as long as you aren’t behaving in an intentionally harmful way.

  • You are welcome to bring someone if that is how you will be most comfortable. I do find, however, that one on one experiences have the most healing power as I am able to focus fully on you, and you are not self-conscious in front of the +1.

  • I hear this one often. I believe that you are worthy of being celebrated and captured RIGHT NOW. It is normal to be nervous, being perceived can be scary. Listen to your intuition, you will know when you’re ready. And if you are still uncertain, let’s schedule a consultation call to figure it out together.

  • Rainy sessions are some of my favorites. As for the cold, I come prepared with a backpack full of supplies to keep you warm. You may, however, reschedule for better weather. I just ask that you do this 7 days before our scheduled shoot to avoid late reschedule fees.

  • I want the images we capture to look like YOU. I will not photoshop your body. I keep blemish removal extremely light unless you ask me otherwise. I want your skin to look like real skin! Our session won’t be as empowering if the images we capture don’t look like the you that you see in the mirror.

  • I will deliver your images 2-4 weeks after you have made your selections.
